robbywells | January 5, 2008
I actually first read about Nigo (Bathing Ape) waaaaay back in the day in a brit magazine that I picked up because Jay Kay (Jamiroquai) was on the cover. That would have been in late 1990s, maybe 2000. Met Jay Kay once... Jamiroquai will sell out Wembley in the UK 2 nights in a row, but when they rolled through Dallas, Texas, they play a night club, - on a stage that is no more than 2 feet high. The horn section was standing in an open door leading to a hallway. You could see the trombone pop out into view every now and then. The good ol' days!

Now that's a song..

KANYE IT IS SO SO SO GOOD TO HAVE YOU BACK!!!
writing in capital letters does not express adequately how happy i am to see you updating again.
this song means more than just a cool song to me.
when i was an aspiring designer and entered my first design competition my model walked out to the catwalk on this song. so it is uber special and symbolic of fashion aspirations. when i entered the competition later the models walked out to 'irreplaceable' and 'sweet escape'. i wonder if there's a theme there?
anyway, feels good to be home 'ye! nahnahnahthathat don't kill me!
xaviermikk | January 6, 2008

This is a great video, I always liked it. The idea for it was simple and the end result was nice. Definitely a must see if you love music videos.
kanyeismyf_nhero | January 7, 2008
I love Jamiroquai. I have allll of their albums. Gotta love their sound.
JamiroFan2000 | January 7, 2008
Well, the closest to a actual American R&B/Soul Collaboration that Jamiroquai came too was with Guru on his Jazzamatazz 2 album back in the late 1990s, entitled "Lost Souls", check it out if you haven't heard it, it's class. As for a KanYe/Jamiroquai collaboration, that would be a good idea, Jamiroquai aren't ensnared in a corrupted Big Record label deal right now, so a spot-on collab track for KanYe's next album would be AWESOME (Maybe using a Jami Song melody for a beat, preferably "Starchild", "Just Another Story", "Morning Glory" OR "Whatever It Is I Just Can't Stop It"! ) ! Anyway, props to KanYe for KNOWING his music! Cheers K-West!
Sincerely,
JamiroFan2000

no doubt a classic, haha, I'll never forget that song and it's cool ass music video. I want to have a room in my house just like that one, then I wouldn't have to walk to the fridge to get me an orange cream soda, I'd just be magically "sliding" to it.
