Flyit's Professional Helicopter Simulators. Click HERE for more pics & info...

It allows pilots to spend more time flying to maintain and enhance their proficiency without using expensive helicopter flight time. The FLYIT Professional Helicopter Simulator is a two place, side-by-side seating cockpit equipped with dual controls that offer hands-on instruction for hovering and all flight maneuvering. Inside the cockpit, you will be watching at a PC-controlled screen, which is programmed to simulate 24,000 airports and a wide range of weather conditions. All switches and controls are hard mounted and of same size, shape, color and location you find inside the real aircraft.

Customers also have the option to select instrument panels configured to replicate MD, Bell, Robinson, Enstrom and Schweizer model helicopters. In case, your helicopter is not among any of these, Flyit will reproduce your chopper's cockpit for extra bucks. Delivered in an 18' trailer as a totally self-contained system, the FLYIT Professional Helicopter Simulator comes with a base price tag of $105,000.

That's so cool, they have to put them in arcades, that would be awesome. They're probably a bit too hi-tech to be in arcades at the minute but give it a few years... Btw do you reckon the helmets and headphones are really necessary in a simulator!?

It looks scary. I would feel like I am on a ride at Great America. It's cute but, I don't know if I would be able to enjoy the ride.
