The “iView” concept model of the Apple’s iMac references the 1950’s CINERAMA wrap around movie theatre screens. The designer decided to use a curved screen instead of the normal straight was since it allowed for better orientation to the natural curvature of the human eye.

This is a poem I wrote after experiencing the Glow in the Dark Tour:
MY GLOW IN THE DARK EXPERIENCE
To witness this greatness
and see him reach this status
to be the greatest
and surpass the badest
to shut down the haters
and overcome the sadness
to call out the fakers
and make it through the madness
to watch the show
the greatest I'll ever see
to watch him glow
and have him inspire me
to hear him flow
with the breathtaking imagery
I hope he knows
what this concert did to me
without a doubt
he is the best
the energy he gave out
I was impressed
I would scream and shout
and forget I was stressed
so thank you and your welcome

for showing me the glory
with those flashing lights
and telling a story
on that great night

Yeah, I bought a MAC back in 94. Started my nonprofit with that thing. It had a TV, got a scanner hooked up to it (my friend had one and I HAD to have one) sent out a XMas card with the boys' & my pictures and little text about what we'd been up to. Did it all myself. Everybody thought HOW THE HECK YOU DO THAT?? Now it's the norm. That one looks hella cool. Do YOU use a MAC or PC Ye?

Plus, was it the 50's when the Cinerama came out? We had one in Seattle. They played HOW THE WEST WAS WON, I think that MAY have been one of, if not, the first cinerama movie that played there. It seems like it was the 60's, like around the time Seattle hosted the World's Fair, and that was 63ish. The Cinerama Theatre was right down the street from the Space Needle. I remember going up in the Space Needle with my Dad right after it was completed, and just before they opened the Fair. WAY before your time....Third Grade for me.

This is straight. Mac has come a long way @ DeeWA. I can remember the only the only video game u could play was lemonade stand and some sort of mystery game, the name escapes me. Then MAC's failed attemp to make a super pc with IBM. This is a great media tool. I like this new gadget.
