Ya'll are really tripping.... People are on here saying "Kanye you're better than this" yaddah yaddah. Do you know him personally?? I mean do you KNOW he's better than this, or assume that from music and interviews??? A few years ago I dated an R&B singer, and his lyrics were beautiful...before we dated I listened to his music and really thought that's how he thought and how he was. People are saying the girl shouldn't take pics like this, but as it's been perpetuated time and time again what is there out there really for black models OTHER than this??? The handful of anorexic runway models that are black, aren't seen as beautiful too often in our community. The modeling world just isn't receptive to our figures, our proportions or whatever. In a sense yes this keeps the stereotype going that black models are only good in the KING magazine sort of way, but at the same time I can appreciate it for what it is. The girl is pretty and she has a beautiful, voluptious body. Standards of beauty doesn't have to be RAIL thin or a WAIF.
