Stopped by Best Buy on my way home from work and got it.. I need to listen to the rest of the album, but I just cant pry myself off of repeating Robocop & Streetlights..

Thank you Mr. West this album has truelu raised the bar for hip-hop and R&B. I think you are putting the gifts god has gave you too great use. The emotions in this album is so real and I just can't thank you enough for exspanding the music I now listen to... The Coldplay, the Daft Punk, its all thanks to you. People say hip-hop is dead. It is very much alive, and its people like Kanye, Jeezy, T-Pain and even lil Wayne who has the creative minds to keep it alive... 808's for album of the year... NOW THATS THE NEW FRESHNESS

So I thought the album was coming out on Tuesday until I saw u on 106 (then I thought I was trippin like today was Tuesday so I'm checking my flight info) so I rush to the Best Buy only to learn that it was sold out (Knoxville, TN) so I went to the other Best Buy across town. I thought it was closed because there were no cars in the parking lot. 808's and Heartbreak was right in front and the album art was stupendous. I put the CD in my car and all of a sudden it started storming. I started to think about everything I'm going through, I am a college graduate and I lost my job and haven't worked in 6 months, and the tears almost started going down (like when I heard Late Registration) all of a sudden the road was clear. Pretty Amazing. Only thing keeping me going is music and the dream that one day I will get to work with you. Thank You, Mr. West once again for your inspiration.

Oh yeah, and since I ordered it through the Fan Club, renewing, etc., and some other nick-knacks for XMAS gifts, I'm assuming it's coming in the mail. Isn't here yet, so I downloaded it from iTunes today so I'll now have an extra to save, BRAND NEW. Plus, I helped with the iTunes #1 standing.

I went out and bought it today! It's been a while since I got a cd I can listen to all the way through without having to hit next or say "nah, i'm not about this one." But it was exactly what I expected and more. There's just some emotions you can't get out well enough just by rapping, sometimes you gotta belt your heart out when the time comes. Don't let anyone tell you anything negative about anything you do or put out or create, cause everyone else out there right now is afraid to do exactly what it is they want. Maybe for future work you won't even need to sample to make a soul beat, cause you've proven you've got all the soul you need. Keep it goin Kanye. Much love.

Today I had to go to 3 diffrent stores before I got the CD because it was sold out all over Baltimore, but I was glad to see that 808's & Heartbreak was sold out. Once I got it and put it on in the car, the first song alone was worth all the damn driving and wasted gas...I luv this album. It's beautiful art (real talk). I haven't heard anything like this. It's damn refreshing. Congratulations Mr.West keep challenging yourself and your peers to raise the bar.
