I wish I could have heard this years ago when I was in college. I was minding my own business.. had everything going for me. I went to school, had a little job on campus, and a relationship. Mr.West........I wanna start by saying this is some of your best work ever. Has there been any other album put out this year with as much heart and soul as this? NO. Kanyeezy this record is insane I never thought that I could relate with someones music the way I have with yours, and then you push out 808s and I'm touched by every song. Thinking back to all my heartache from my ex and all the things I wanted to say. Kanye I needed this. It puts me on top of the world looking at my past saying I no longer need you in my life I have something that makes me feel ok again. Someone else actually understands my pain and what I go through. Kanye theres so much I could say to you bout this album but who knows if you will even read this. Im amaizing. Peace

People around my way dont really get the concept of "Heartbreak" and im not talking about your album name but this new instrument concept you came up with.. I totally love that you kept the album just 808 drums and your dubbed autotune mix "heartbreak" hence the title of the album. People around here thinks this is a whining album and i think its GENIUS@! You came up with a whole new sound and name for it. Keep inspiring Ye. But you don't need me to say that.

it's not like 808s isn't a great album, cos it is, but i just prefer u rapping i guess, college dropout is a cd that i grew up on (was 13/14 wen it came out) and i listened to it yesterday n it still hits the same as it did back then, where as I've already started getting bored with tracks on 808s, its good, just doesn't have that classic feel that u can throw it on whenever type of feel (no offence, lol).

you know what Kanye, your life would be disinteresting without all the attention whether its positive or negative. Its seems to be kind of outlandish to have clothing with wet seal, when you have your own line. i personally like your new album and shows how your capabilities are flexible and expanded. It brings in a whole new audience as well as keeps your die hard fans. Pple are always waiting to see what u will do next. The downplay only hypes it up.

Yeah man I saw that press conference you gave in NZ and it was cool. And about the album...I don't really care what anyone says about it...some of my friends who consider themselves to be real hip hop heads give me some strange looks when I tell them how great 808s and Heartbreak is. But I don't really care because I enjoy it and if they don't like it...it's their loss. I've heard how you said you want to be the new Michael Jackson, the new Elvis or the new Jim Morrison and make the biggest songs that have ever been made. I think you are already on a higher artistic level than any other artist is right now. I won't lie, I'm sortof glad that the tabloids keep TRYING to break you down. You continue to put out good music consistantly and I think that if no one was there to hate on you, you wouldn't be as motivated to dispell rumors or continue to grow as an artist.
