I believe you might like my band. I've wanted to get you our stuff for a while and recently discovered your blog. If you have a moment, take a listen to us. We're a psychedelic pop group from Seattle called MONO IN VCF (combination of Spector's "Wall of Sound" and Moog synths). We have lots of elements of hip hop, old soul & composers like John Barry. People say we sound a bit like Pink Floyd, Neil Young, Delfonics, Jefferson Airplane. We've done really well on our first album with no promotion from a label...just distribution. Got #1 album of the year on a bunch of blogs and now just working on II which is sounding more crazy and futuristic...more like Can but pop, soul. Hunter and I are down for any kind of collaboration or having someone else sing.
