Speaking of crying and Alicia.. The other day I was at my mom's.. I lost my aunt and grandmother two days apart March of 08. I feel stronger, adjusted and thought I was over my sporadic melt downs.. My mom loves music too.. She's only a couple years older than Halle.. So.. we were chopping it up at the dinner table when Alicia "Like its the last time" came on and (wipe my tears..) and tears started to rain.. My mom was looking at me like, what.. was it something I said. I mean.. we were having a humourous time. The tears were uncontrollable like the rain. All I could murmur was "You gotta change that song" That was her song. She knew she was dying. She was so sweet to me. She never had kids. The day she passed I was weeping when my cousin said, "You know you are her beneficiary.The element of surprise.. I never knew. I wish I had a chance to thank her.. My school will be a dedication to her. I'm still wiping tears sorry. Yeah Alicia makes moving music.
